Why it works
Direct Mail is one of the most efficient and cost–effective marketing and selling tools there is. Because you can use lists to select the recipient of your mailing from those most likely to be interested, the copy can be more carefully targeted and therefore more effective. Results can also be measured and future mailings tailored accordingly.
Your mail pack: your mobile shop
The outer envelope and overall design is your shop window, ready to entice your customers. The product leaflet is your shop floor where you show off your goods or services. The letter is your salesperson, persuasive and keen to close the sale. The order form is your till. All these samples of my copy use the principles of DM in one form or another.
